Here is the part of the site where you get to learn a bit about me. I
am 16, & I've lived my entier life in a town called Comer, Georgia. I
am about 20 minutes from Athens, Georgia, one of the most cultural
towns in America. Drinking, football, & music is what its all about.
I'm also about 1.5 hours from Atlanta, so I get my fair share of good
local music. It might not be Southern Cali or Seattle, but the
Athens/Atlanta scene holds its own. From folky acoustic rock like
Dayroom (who played Woodstock '99), to heavy metal bands like
Sevendust & Sickspeed (formerly Stuck Mojo), we've got it all. Here is
my own little section devoted to all that is my local scene... I'll
try & get some sound clips on here, pics, info, releases... anything I
can. I dont really have the hardware to get clips from my recorded
tapes, but I'll try my best to get as much info/clips as I can. Before
this gets started, I'd like to give a huge thanks to Joe, who did
Musician's Warehouse's "Local Noise," Sunday nights at 7pm on Rock 103.7, & got me hooked on the
local scene. Its now run by Kendall Night (sp?), & I can still get
local fix, but we miss ya Joe.

This section will be updated periodically. Its kinda hard to search &
search & search sites waiting for a song to pop up. If I get a
request, I'll look for it & it'll probably be up in a week or so.
